I am an independent consultant in organisational development and leadership. My aim is to help individuals and teams to do their best work.
I worked at the University of Oxford for 24 years, in roles including Head of Administration and Finance, Senior HR Adviser, and Professional Development Consultant. Towards the end of this time, I specialised in leadership development, organisational change and culture change.
My clients tell me that they appreciate my long and deep experience of working in a complex and changing environment, and particularly my focus on fostering a leadership and organisational culture that supports the aims and values of the organisation.
